This mega-project spans over 20 hectares of land and features a unique blend of internationally branded hotels, luxury residences, and expansive recreational facilities. Position Profile As an Aftersales Manager at Petra Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong post-sales relationships. Your primary focus will be to oversee aftersales operations, handle customer inquiries, manage service support, and optimize post-sales services to enhance customer experience. Qualifications and Hard Skills Required: ✍ Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. ✍ Minimum of 2 years of experience in aftersales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury services. ✍ Strong knowledge of aftersales processes, complaint resolution, and service strategies. ✍ Experience with CRM software and customer support tools. ✍ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. ✍ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ✍ Fluency in Georgian, English and Russian (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
