Marson LLC is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Communications Officer (Night shift). Duty station: Tbilisi, Georgia Type of contract: Individual Contract Start Date: April 2025 Working hours: ✍ 01:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Tbilisi time) Monday-Thursday ✍ 01:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Tbilisi time) Friday ✍ 23:00 PM-11:00 AM (Tbilisi time) Saturday ✍ 23:00 PM-08:00 AM (Tbilisi time) Sunday Working days: 3 Consecutive days of work followed by 3 consecutive days of rest (21-28 hours a week) Background: Marson LLC is a logistics company the main direction of which is freight shipping and trucking. It operates in 48 states of the United States and offers transportation services via small and large trucks. Marson LLC recently opened a new branch in Tbilisi, Georgia and is seeking young individuals who are interested in the field of logistics and expedite services. Description of Duties: The Communications Officer will mainly be in charge of having the communication with the customers (brokers), as well as the drivers that work for Marson LLC, in order to make sure that the quality of services that we provide are commendable. The Communications Officer will be required to: ✍ Have the direct communication with the customers (brokers) via email or phone; ✍ Have written or oral communication with the drivers of our company; ✍ Register the new orders, as well as provide necessary updates. ✍ Receive and upload all the necessary documents in the online system of the company; ✍ Keep track of the ongoing orders; ✍ If necessary, update the customers about the specifics and whereabouts of their order (s); ✍ Support the Communications Manager in day-to-day activities; ✍ Submit monthly progress reports to the Communications Manager; ✍ Attend weekly staff meetings; ✍ Perform other duties as assigned.
