Why We Need You We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing technical support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on and remote IT support across a broad range of systems, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues efficiently. You`ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and maintain system stability and security across our organization. Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Schedule Options: ✍ 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (includes 1-hour break) ✍ 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM (includes 1-hour break) ✍ 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM (includes 1-hour break) What You`ll Be Doing ✍ Provide first-line IT support for users across various locations and time zones ✍ Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals ✍ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues ✍ Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and access rights ✍ Manage Active Directory, email accounts, VPNs, and file-sharing permissions ✍ Monitor and maintain IT systems performance, escalating incidents as necessary ✍ Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, hardware inventory, and change logs ✍ Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams on updates, patches, and system hardening ✍ Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment provisioning, account setup) ✍ Respond promptly to IT service requests using internal ticketing systems
