A travel agency is looking for a motivated Inbound Tourism Consultant to join our team. As an Inbound Tourism Consultant, you will be responsible for working with the GCC or Indian market and growing our business. Responsibilities: ✍ Handling inbound tourism enquiries from the GCC or Indian market and ensuring high levels of customer service ✍ Efficiently presenting tourism products and services to customers ✍ Maintaining customer accounts and maintaining accurate records ✍ Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of tourism services ✍ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners ✍ Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company
