We`re looking for a Korean-Speaking Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Tbilisi. Job Summary As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our Korean-speaking customers. You`ll handle inquiries, promote new campaigns, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both VIP and retail clients. What You`ll Be Doing ✍ Deliver responsive and helpful assistance to customer inquiries ✍ Understand and resolve client issues with professionalism ✍ Escalate complaints, feedback, and suggestions to the relevant departments ✍ Introduce and promote new products, services, and ongoing campaigns ✍ Follow up with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels ✍ Manage call tasks related to promotions, FTD & retention campaigns, and service recovery for VIP & retail segments ✍ Compile and submit simple daily reports ✍ Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery
