Requirements: 🌘 Bachelor`s degree in Business, Operations, IT or a related field. 🌘 1-3 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or a similar role. 🌘 Basic Knowledge and understanding the operation mode of the Channel Sales. 🌘 Ability to build partnerships, plan and execute marketing activities, and manage channel transactions. 🌘 Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and reporting to support informed decision making. 🌘 Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to achieve shared objectives. 🌘 Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively, ensuring the smooth execution of partner operations. 🌘 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). 🌘 Awareness of legal and regulatory compliance in the telecommunications industry. 🌘 Able to take business trips in local and foreign countries. Responsibilities/Duties: 🌚 Responsible for the daily operations of various partner businesses (manage partner cooperation satisfaction, and enhance the quality of partner collaborations) 🌚 Daily partner development policies & program management, supporting partner capability improvement, coordinating partner joint marketing activities, managing partner events, handling acceptance documentation, calculating partner performance metrics, incentive calculations, and coordinating IT support. 🌚 Implement partner-related business processes, including registration, certification, authorization letters, special transactions routes, exceptional performance and incentive calculations and managing marketing business processes 🌚 Leverage Huawei`s Partner University Platform to implement comprehensive partner capability management and effectively execute partner capability improvement plans. 🌚 Maintain local market partners ecosystem healthy and compliant atmosphere, promptly identify and respond to potential business risks, and participate in internal control and compliance-related work. 🌚 Engage in communication and collaboration with partners in the responsible domain, coordinate internal and external resource support, and communicate with middle and Huawei partners` basic level employees. 🌚 Analyze and enhance workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction. • Align with internal teams to address partner needs and improve engagement.
