Key accountabilities: 🌚 Lead the plant`s technical services with a focus on boosting production efficiency, labor productivity, and resource utilization, while ensuring industrial and fire safety. 🌚 Plan & Monitor Performance: Develop and manage annual budgets and work plans for all technical units. Set and track KPIs, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 🌚 Drive Technical Strategy: Define technical policies and long-term development plans. Lead projects for equipment upgrades, modernization, and reconstruction to keep production at optimal performance. 🌚 Capex Project Management: Oversee capital projects from planning to execution—including installation, commissioning, and integration of equipment used in dairy processing and packaging. 🌚 Efficiency & Cost Control: Continuously improve technical readiness while reducing costs and enhancing product quality and reliability in line with dairy industry standards and hygiene requirements. 🌚 Manage Equipment Procurement: Lead contract negotiations and purchasing for new machinery and production technologies that support dairy operations, modernization, and automation. 🌚 Ensure Reliable Utilities: Manage the uninterrupted supply and efficient use of electricity, water, steam, gas, and other utilities critical for dairy production processes. 🌚 Control High-Risk Work: Ensure high-risk tasks (e.g., work at height) are planned, assessed, and executed with full safety compliance. 🌚 Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving programs (e.g., Recon) to optimize plant capacity usage and reduce overall energy consumption. 🌚 Support LEAN Initiatives: Champion LEAN manufacturing practices within the plant. Mentor team members in QCDM routines and root cause analysis (5 Whys). 🌚 Standards & Compliance: Own GEHSMS standards within the plant. Evaluate operations for compliance and lead improvement efforts to support safe, sustainable, and efficient dairy production.
