Why We Need You: The Project Manager - Construction`s (Project based) objective is to effectively oversee and manage the successful completion of construction projects. This includes ensuring projects are executed on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating various stakeholders, implementing project plans, resolving issues, and ensuring overall project success. They are responsible for leading a team and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Employment Duration: 6 Months What You`ll Be Doing: ✍ Oversee and monitor the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout. ✍ Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. ✍ Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process. ✍ Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. ✍ Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, develop risk management plans, and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures. ✍ Manage project changes, variations, and claims while maintaining effective communication with all parties involved.
