What You`ll Be Doing: 🌚 Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycles — from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch reviews 🌚 Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, business units, QA testers, support staff, and others) 🌚 Act as the central point of communication among stakeholders (internal departments, third-party vendors, and leadership) 🌚 Define project scope, develop schedules, manage resources, and track budgets 🌚 Identify and assess potential risks, initiate mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary 🌚 Ensure quality assurance through structured tracking, review cycles, and stakeholder feedback 🌚 Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, MS Project) to monitor progress and deliver reporting on status, milestones, and blockers 🌚 Drive continuous improvement of project workflows, ensuring every iteration gets better 🌚 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, some requiring direct ownership and others collaborative engagement 🌚 Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to champion best practices and enhance delivery standards across the organization
