Position Title: School Director Location: Swiss International School of Tbilisi (SIST), Avlabari, Tbilisi School Type: Private, International, Swiss-Standard Contract Type: Full-time Role Summary The School Director will serve as the chief academic and administrative leader of SIST. They will be responsible for shaping and executing the school`s vision, ensuring high academic standards, leveraging technology to enhance education, and building a collaborative school culture that reflects Swiss educational values and global best practices. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership ✍ Develop and execute the school`s long-term strategic plan in line with Swiss academic excellence and international frameworks. ✍ Lead the school through its growth and development phase, establishing strong academic and operational systems. ✍ Serve as the school`s representative to government agencies, partners, and the broader community. Academic & Pedagogical Oversight ✍ Oversee curriculum planning and instructional standards based on the Swiss model, Cambridge Primary Programme, and STEM integration. ✍ Support teacher development and ensure academic excellence through regular assessments and quality assurance. ✍ Promote the use of digital tools and learning platforms to enrich teaching and streamline administrative processes.
