Your Mission As a Senior CRM Specialist, you`ll take ownership of CRM initiatives across the full customer lifecycle. You`ll design and implement multi-channel campaigns, build automated journeys, and deliver personalized player experiences. You`ll collaborate closely with product, data, and content teams to ensure measurable impact on engagement, retention, and revenue.
