We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Urdu-English Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position requires both excellent translation skills and a customer-centric mindset to support our clients in both English and Urdu. You`ll be the voice of the company, ensuring clear, culturally sensitive, and timely communication with our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities: Translation Duties: ✍ Translate written and verbal content from Urdu to English and vice versa with accuracy and cultural sensitivity. ✍ Localize content for support materials, website FAQs, emails, and other communication channels. ✍ Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency in language tone and brand voice. Customer Support Duties: ✍ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in both Urdu and English. ✍ Troubleshoot issues, provide product/service information, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. ✍ Document and report recurring issues to help improve overall customer satisfaction. ✍ Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate and helpful support.
