Rooms Studio is pleased to announce an opening for the positon of Office Manager / Studio Director Assistant. Key Responsibilities: ✍ Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment ✍ Manage the office budget, including expense tracking and vendor negotiations ✍ Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and company events ✍ Organize travel and accommodations for studio events and business trips ✍ Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records ✍ Liaise with IT support to ensure smooth technical operations ✍ Maintain filing systems and organize internal documentation ✍ Coordinate with transport companies to manage logistics and transportation needs ✍ Assist in warehouse oversight, including inventory control and regular inspections Qualifications: ✍ Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role ✍ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills ✍ A proactive, problem-solving attitude with great attention to detail ✍ Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred ✍ Fluent in English Working Conditions: This is a full-time, on-site position.
